Refund policy

We want you to love your Spark Social purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Because our products are handmade and one of a kind, slight variations in color and pattern are normal and not considered defects. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
